The Development Officer is responsible for the delivery of junior development programs in schools, clubs and the local community. As well as engaging Primary and High Schools, to participate in AFL programs.

Coach - Dubbo AFL Womens
Ready to learn the ropes of AFL Coaching? We'll equip you with the skills and support of AFL NSW/ACT, with a qualification as a Level 1 AFL Coach. The 2018 Season starts in January for our womens team, with the fixture to commence April 28 and finish in September. There is a payment arrangement for the successful applicant. Our 2017 team made the AFL Central West Grand Final - we're ready for the next step.

Coach - Dubbo AFL Juniors - Under 14s, Youth Boys & Youth Girls (14 to 16 yo)
Ready to learn the ropes of AFL Coaching? We'll equip you with the skills and support of AFL NSW/ACT, with a qualification as a Level 1 AFL Coach. The 2018 Season starts in January for our womens team, with the fixture to commence April 28 and finish in September. This is a voluntary role however all training and travel expenses are covered. Umpires - AFL Central West
Keep fit, earn cash and be trained as an AFL Umpire.
We are now building our 2018 umpire squad. We'll develop your skills and bring you through our grades. You'll also train and work with our male and female squads.
