Last year Football Federation Australia took the decision to replace the old MyFootballClub system with a new system Play Football. Some of you may be familier with this system as it is also used for Netball and some Cricket regions. 

All players and volunteers must create a new account in the new system, even if you were registered in the previous system. The good news is that the new system should recognise you from your email address, name and date of birth and give you the option to copy across your details. Please take this option!

Some errors you might come across are:

• "Something has gone wrong". Not very helpful. Just try again and it may work. 
• Credit card not accepted. We don't know why this happens, but it won't be a problem with your card.
• Being told you've been sent a link to activate your account, but it doesn't arrive. 

Please report any errors to registrar.kjsc@gmail.com. If you can include a screenshot, that will help us resolve or at least escalate the problem.

Above all, don't stress or panic. The season doesn't start until the first weekend of April, so we will be able to support you through the process by then.

Registration support will be available at training on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
