In The Record Today - Round 3
Round 2 at home against Wonthaggi was a very good day on-field for the entire club and a great day to have the Football Past Players reunion. We had 8 wins from 10 games of sport and it was the first time since 2012 that all grades of football were winners on the same day.

Coach Denis Knight was very happy with the endeavour and run of the young players last week. Our seniors also had a fifth debutant for the year, with Brandon Mcaulliffe joining 4 debutants the previous week; well done Brandon.

Soutar Family chalk 450 games
Last week we covered the decorated career of Joel Soutar who celebrated his 250 senior game in fine style. His wife Nadine also chalked up 200 netball games on the same day - wow! Nadine (formerly Sloan) has been a standout player for many years, a netball captain and a coach, and continues to be a great volunteer around the club. Hats off and thanks for your dedication Nadine.
Pink Ribbon day for Breast Cancer
In Round 5, May 11, the home game against Leongatha will be a fundraiser and awareness for this great cause. Numerous club women, family and friends have been impacted by this prevalent cancer. So please come along and support the day, buy a ribbon, buy something at the BBQ or in the raffle.
Raffle tickets will be available up until the May 11thgame with the draw happening in the clubrooms at the conclusion of the senior game. Some unbelievable prizes up for grabs.
