Energy Basketball are thrilled to announce the signing of our second Division 1 Men's Import, Raheem Lemons. Raheem was a 2 year starter for Central State University, Ohio who play Division 2 NCAA. He earned All-American honours in his final year, and was voted on to the All-Conference 1st team. Raheem was a statistical leader, having the most double doubles and rebounds in the Great Midwest conference last year. He averaged 13.3ppg and 9.3 rebounds.

Coach Jason Sutherland said "Pairing a player like Raheem with Jordan Coleman there is sure to be many highlights for Energy fans this season." Sutherland is excited to have the presence of Raheem's inside calibre on the team this season, and expects that he will accumulate massive rebounds, which will greatly benefit the team.

Energy Basketball president Trevor Henry said "We are thrilled to have signed our second U.S. import for our Men's team, which will add even more depth to our playing roster." Henry also noted that this is the first time in many years that Energy has taken on a second Men's import and highlighted that this would mean exciting times for the club in the 2016 season. "We are looking forward to having Raheem join the Energy family this season."

Raheem Lemons will join the Energy in early March 2016, ahead of the season tip-off later in the month.
