Round 5 Wrap Up
Some Big Results Last week
But here are some of the coaches thoughts from last week
U12's
This weeks game against Lalor United saw an even contest in the first half where we went in at half time only one goal down. The second half saw Lalor get the better of the match and they ran out winners 4-1.
This was actually the first time the team had played two games in a row this season without having to have a week off and they will benefit from this. Today's game saw us try a number of new things which included players playing in new positions and different formations which I hope in the long term will help give the players a better understanding of the game as we move forward.
U13's
This team continues to grow with confidence and this was evident last week. The team had an impressive 7 v 1 Victory which left smiles on every players face. oh also on the team manager and coach face as well. Well done team
U11's
Continued their impressive form. Passing, team work and gut running the norm now days. Clinical finishing and man to man defending , and dominate midfielders gave our boys the result they deserved.
U10's
Continue to battle to the finial whistle. Newly created team, they are beginning to gel and work as a team. Keep working hards guys and the results will follow
U7's
What a fantastic day for both the Blues and Reds! The sun was out and both teams were in top form. Blues dominated for most of the game with their opponents coming to form in the second half, but managed to keep a clean sheet and secure another win. Reds came from behind only to show what they are made of, with their determination giving them another sensational win.
