Concerns
General
In any Club, regardless of how well it is run, there will often be some form of conflict of opinion.
If you have an issue with the coach of your child’s team, please discuss that issue, in the first instance, with the coach concerned. Most issues can be solved at this level. This extends to senior players who should talk to their respective coach.
Committee Members are available to discuss concerns you may have about any aspect of the Club. Our current committee is listed under the Contact Us menu item.
Your constructive criticism is always welcome.
Grading Concerns
Grading of players can cause some distress to both players & parents. With Division 1 teams, players are placed in teams on the basis of their perceived playing ability as well as their general behaviour and punctuality to training & games. Issues such as friendship and shared transport will be considered but may not be the determining factor. If you have any concerns about the outcome of the grading process please discuss them with the relevant coach for that age group. If after that discussion you are still concerned please contact the junior boys/girls coaching co-ordinator to discuss this issue with you.
