Needs to attend meetings once a month
If president is unavailable at times assumes his/her position

SECRETARY |
Attend meetings once a month and take minutes
Receive emails and collect mail from Post Office & Lions Box
Present correspondence to Meeting
Write letters
Help at Sign-ons and Break-ups

TREASURER |
Attend Meetings once a month and present Bank Reconciliation
Write cheques, pay accounts and bank money
Keep Cash Receipts and Payments records and take to auditors
Help at sign-ons and break-ups.

REGISTRARS |
Register players at and after sign-ons
Collect money & write receipts
Prepare lists of registered players
Help coaches with organisation of teams
Check registration numbers for payments to Football Gympie
Helps with trophies and organises team photos and photo day.

COACH |
Help organise players in teams
Coach children
Receive and return equipment and keep in order
Attend Coaching Clinics
Attend training on Tuesdays

MANAGER |
Coaches offsider
Keep paperwork in order
Relay information to parents and children
Fill in medical forms, weekly team sheets and dress children in strips
Clean change rooms if used
Organise teams for photos and break-ups
