Finals Day Preview
In just under a months time the East Kent Basketball Association Finals Day will be taking place at Canterbuy College.
On Saturday 28th April the finals of the Adams Plate, Grove Cup and Adrian Cook Cup competitions will be played providing the perfect oppertunity for basketball fans to come and watch the best of local league men's and women's basketball in this free event to the public.
So far the only confirmed finalist team is this years women's league champions Canterbury Christ Church University. Other contenders in with a chance of making an appearance are Canterbury Crusaders, University of Kent, Herne Bay, Folkestone Saints, Ashford Outlaws, Thanet Lions, Dover Pirates and Whitstable.
As well as the matches being played there will be additional entertainment during intervals including the match ball raffle and halfway line basketball shot challenge! Further details will be announced nearer the time.
