This Cougars High Performance Program is the highest level program that we offer within our Association. This caters for the top tier of athletes within our Representative program (born in 2002, 2003, 2004 or 2005) that aspire to play at a higher level.more

Congratulations to 3 Cougars teams that played in the BNSW State Cup on the weekend. The U14 Boys D1 team and U16 Boys D1 teams did a fantastic job throughout the season and absolutely deserved their position in the finals...
