WRFL Clubs in the Inner-West Region came together with AFL Victoria representatives on Tuesday night to discuss Club and Game Development.
Clubs situated in the Maribyrnong, Brimbank and Melton regions brainstormed and outlined ideas to help their Club be more relevant in the community, and to ensure they are sustainable in the changing landscape.
Some of the key discussion points was how to support Coaches, how to engage the Multicultural community and how to reward and assist Volunteers.
This Club Forum forms a key aspect of the AFL Victoria North West Project – and assists the roll out of the Club District Development Project – a Project aimed at ensuring each Club understands its community and has more brand awareness within local schools, Auskick centres and the community in general.
