It was a close game at the start with a first quarter score of 11 to 11, then in the second quarter Mic Shelley's Cafe got a 6pt advantage ending the half 32 to 26 thanks to the defensive efforts of Travis Ellis. Ostjic Group failed to match the offensive out put of Mic Shelley's Cafe in the third quarter falling behind 57 to 33. Ostojic Group sharp shoter RJ Sta Cruz was held in check all game long by Mic Shelley's Cafe and the game finished 79 to 42. MVP honors went to Mic Shelley's Cafe guard Lance Schimdt with 11pts.

An upset in the second Semi Final showed All Skills rolling the Minor Premiers Darwin Radiators. It started out to be another close game with both teams tied 13 to 13 after the first quarter of play, then Darwin Radiators got a slight lead from back to back 3-pointers from Noel Evano ending the half with a 32 to 27. But the offensive output of Darwin Radiators was limited by All Skills only allowing them to make 5pts in the third quarter and cutting the lead down to 3pts with a scoreline of 37 to 34 at the break. All Skills turned on the afterburners in the last quarter outscoring Darwin Radiators 23 to 4 and finishing the game 57 to 41 in favor of All Skills.
