Coach of the Month - February
The Wanneroo Basketball Association would like to congratulate John Kingswood of Wolves U14 Champs Boys for being awarded Coach of the Month for February!
John has come into the club and has made an immediate impact. He’s been a quick learner and has bought into the foundational principals we want to teach and consistently worked on those concepts and skills with his players. His practices are competitive and the activity rate is high with great coaching on the run, not too much stop and talk time.
His team in the first day of grading, locked into Champs division. They had one game early in the day that was a poor performance, but the team responded excellently to the adversity and finished the day playing exceptional basketball.
Well done John. Keep up the great work!
