Chng Signs with the Wolves

The Chambers Franklyn City of Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of Wolves junior, Keisha Chng, for the 2022 NBL1 West season.

Young, small, but mighty! Keisha is a combo guard who brings a whole new level of speed to the Wolves offense along with another great shooting threat from the perimeter. Her skill doesn’t end there though; Keisha’s quickness allows her to heavily contribute on the defensive end and even put up a fight on the boards. Her tenacious competitive spirit is sure to become a Wolfpack favourite.

New NBL1 Women’s Head Coach, Marcus Wong, shared his thoughts on Keisha’s signing,

“Keisha is another young player that has come through our junior program, and we are excited about what she brings. She has the ability to play at pace and is the quickest player we have in the squad making her tough to defend up the floor. It will be great to see Keisha develop and grow over the next 12 months and I am sure we will see her have a long and successful career for the Wolves at NBL1.”

When asked about her signing with the Wolves Keisha said,

“I am very excited to be joining the wolves NBL1 squad this year. The girls in the team make such a great atmosphere for everyone, I can’t wait to play and learn from them this season! I feel grateful to be offered this opportunity.”

Keisha will be joining Teige Morrell, Neseya Parker-Williams, Chelsea Belcher, Tia Ucich, Shani Caldwell, Kiara Phillips, Laniesha Paddon, Akim Lual, Olivia Basso, Aryaan Horne, Hannah Duncan and Grace Tavelli on the 2022 Wolves Women’s roster.
