AGM | Update
A further reminder that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Wanneroo Basketball Association is scheduled for next Thursday December 10, in the Wolves Clubroom at HBF Arena, commencing at 7.00pm.
The following information is supplied, in accordance with the obligations set out in the club's Constitution.
Motions
No motions were received from the membership.
Board Nominations
No new nominations were received from the membership.
Incumbent Directors Ryan Hunter (President), Jay Wakefield (Treasurer) and Fraser Brown (WABL Director) have all re-nominated for a further 2-year term.
Following the AGM, the Board will function under casual vacancy provisions outlined within the Constitution.
Notable AGM Business
During the AGM the 2020 'Domestic Club of the Year' will be announced and awarded and the 2020 Association 'Coach of the Year' will be awarded, with the winning coach receiving a $500 coaching development grant, to better their skills and further develop their game experience and education.
