The Wolves backed up their win on Friday with another strong showing on Saturday night beating the defending champion Tigers by seven points at Joondalup Basketball Stadium.

The two wins see the Lady Wolfpack put their five-game losing run in the rear-vision mirror at 5-5 while Willetton slips to 6-5 after the two wins this weekend.

Joondalup shook off that five-game losing run with a dominant three quarters against Willetton. Only 31 points to 20 from the Tigers in the fourth quarter brought the final margin back to seven.

Klara WISCHER had another terrific night for the Wolves with 22 points, 18 rebounds, three assists and two steals.

Nikita MARTIN added 15 points, six rebounds and four assists for the Lady Wolfpack while Chelsea BELCHER contributed 14 points and Kelli HAYWARD eight points and two steals.

Stacey Barr had another tough night for the Tigers with just three points on 1-of-13 shooting.

With her struggling, Kate Malpass stepped up for 20 points, five rebounds and five steals with Jess Hootmann finishing with 12 points and 11 boards, and Desiree Kelley 10 points, seven steals, four rebounds and three assists.
