Wolfpack Basketball School Holiday Camp Wraps Up

A huge thank you to the more than 70 participants in WolfPack January 2017 School Holiday Camp that was held at the Joondalup Basketball Stadium from the 16 – 18 January!

Led by the WolfPack’s Northern Development Officer,  Luke Brennan, and well assisted by former Perth Wildcats Captain and Wolves Championship Player, Brad Robbins and current up and coming SBL players, the camp was a resounding success with plenty of positive feedback from players and parents alike.

This camp was split into two sessions each day with the morning session focussing on introducing kids that are new to basketball to the fundamental skills and then putting these skills into practice in modified games.

The afternoon sessions focussed more on our up and coming Wolves WABL players with more intense skill development in a game environment with expert tutelage from our elite level experienced coaches.

Hopefully from these sessions, many of these players will either register for one of the Wolfpack’s many junior programs or take the advice offered to boost themselves along their development pathway and strive for WABL selection or beyond in 2017!

Thanks you again to all the participants, their parents and the coaches for starting off the year on a great foot!

We hope to see you all in “Green in ‘17”!
