In the ongoing pursuit of high performance, The Sixty 30 Joondalup City Wolves are pleased to welcome Rob BULLEN to the club in the role of Strength and Conditioning Advisor. 

Rob's role will be to guide and prepare our SBL athletes for the 2017 season. 


Qualifications:

Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science
Certificate 3-4 in fitness ASCA
Level 1 Coach FMA
Level 1 Strength Coach
Senior First Aid and CPR

Experience:

Over 5 years working as a Personal Trainer - including 4 years running his own successful business within a gym setting - focussing on general population clients along with team sports and individual athletes.

Rob's professional athlete preparation experience relates to a broad mix AFL, Triathlon, Running, Cycling, Basketball and Cricket.

Such athlete programs have involved structuring and periodising programs in depth to manage loads, maintain recovery and maximise performance, with a career high being undertaking 180 hours of direct support for WAIS elite athletes of all backgrounds.
