Farewell KD!
The Board, Management and entire fanbase of the Wanneroo Basketball Association/Joondalup Wolves wish MSBL Import Kevin Davis safe travels as he returns home to the USA this week.
'KD', as he is known by the Wolfpack, has made a huge impact again this season, helping the Wolves to make back-to-back Grand Finals.
Although the Wolves weren't able to win a second straight Championship, KD's exciting and explosive game was on show for all to see on Saturday night!
Wolfpack Basketball CEO Cameron Britt paid tribute to Kevin's contribution and special talents displayed during 2016.
"KD has again been a significant contributor to the Wolfpack this season, and was a big factor in helping us to make consecutive Grand Finals, a key goal of our season that we were thrilled to achieve" Britt said.
"We wish Kevin a safe trip home to his family in his native Washington, USA, and we thank the popular and gifted All-Star starter for this season's full highlight reel of athletic feats whilst wearing the revered green singlet" Britt concluded.
The Wolves' senior leadership will be taking some time to review their roster and personnel requirements, and will formalise announcements when Wolves Head Coach Ben Ettridge and Senior Assistant Luke Brennan return from their Australian 'Rollers' Paralympic Basketball coaching duties in Rio de Janerio.
