What age did you start playing basketball and why ?

I started playing at the age of 9. I filled in for my mates U10's domestic team and did alright so they asked me to play another week. From then on I just got more involved in the sport as the years progressed.

 

Who has been your biggest influence in Basketball ?

Probably my brother. Hes 9 years older than me but we used to play a lot of 1 on 1's in the driveway when we were younger. Once I started playing SBL I looked up to the guys like Travis Moore & Darren Russel. Not only did they become brothers to me in the team, but also great role models for life in general.

 

What does it mean to you to play SBL for the flames ?

Its a great privilege to suit up for the Flames & something Ive always loved. Growing up and watching the Flames play when I was a kid and then getting the chance to play for them and Captain them also, was a dream come true and I have been able to make lifelong friends while doing something I love.
