OTHER INFORMATION: Robert was privously employed as Sports Manager within Cook Islands Sports & National Olympic Committee, he resigned last year in June 2012. Robert had been working for CISNOC since 1998 as the Sports Development Officer, during that Robert had assisted the National Federations, Outer Island Associations, the development and promotion of the Zone Games, preparation for Team Cook Islands ro regional and international games.
SPORTS PROFILE: Robert is well known within the region at Pacific Games, as he has attended at either the Administrative Officer, General Team Manager or Chef de Mission. He has also assisted in games results and promotion. Robert was the Technical Advisor for the 2009PMG hosted in the Cook Islands.
Robert is presently Secretary of the Referees Association (Rugby Union) he is also coordinator for the Volleyball Referees on Rarotonga.
Robert has also represented the Cook Islands in the sports of Rugby Union and Athletics, he has also held National Records in Athletics back in the 1980's.
Robert won 3 gold medals at the Oceania Masters Athletic Champs hosted in the Cook Islands in 2005 and is still competing and preparing for the 2015 Oceania Masters Champs hosted again in the Cook Islands.

OTHER INFORMATION: Siniva has been working with the Sports Development Unit since 2000 after the Sydney Olympic Games. During her time at CISNOC, Siniva has assisted the Unit with various Programmes including Junior Development, Women in Sports, Outer Island Development, National Federations, Allsports Funding, Zone Games and Olympic Solidarity.
She has now been newly appointed as Administration Manager for Cook Islands Sports & National Olympc Committee (CISNOC).
SPORTS PROFILE: Siniva is also well known through the code of Athletics, where she has represented the Cook Islands at various games, Oceania Athletics Championships, New Zealand Nationals and Australian Nationals, South Pacific Games, Commonwealth Games, World Track & Field Championships and many more. From attending these games, she has gained many medals and titles throughout the Pacific.
Siniva is currently ranked 3rd in the South Pacific in the discipline of Hammer Throw. She is the current Cook Islands Record Holder for the Hammer Throw with a distance of 48.47m. Her last highest achievement was from the South Pacific Games held in Samoa where she placed 3rd in the Womens Hammer Throw.
She has been heavily involved with Athletics for 15 years and is concurrently still involved with Coaching. She is the current National Throwers Coach for the Cook Islands and the highest qualified coach in Sprints and Hurdles and Throws for the Cook Islands.
She is currently coaching top discus thrower, Tereapii Tapoki who attended 2 Olympic Games in the discipline of Discus and is targeted towards the London 2012 games.

OTHER INFORMATION: Augustine is the newest member of the CISNOC team to since August 2016, she is currently the CGA Administration Officer.
SPORTS PROFILE: Augustine had started her coaching in 1995 after a rugby league injury forced her into the pool for rehabilitation and the rest is history. Gaining most of her qualifications with Swimming NZ was the beginning. Working for various swim schools such as Dean Greenwood Swim School and West Wave Aquatic Centre also opened her up to the lifeguard sector and gaining her Pool Lifeguard award in 2002. Working there until 2007, then to make the journey to Rarotonga, Cook Islands. With the goal to start Cook Islands 1st, Rarotonga Aquatic Education Swim School (RAESS) September 2007.
Then in 2010 joined the Cook Islands Aquatics Federation and had her swimming curriculum from grassroots to elite/adult level completed and endorsed by the Ministry of Education. Then started the Swimming in the Schools programme for all schools grade 1-6 grassroots programme in 2011 and still teaching at a public capacity.
She also is a NZQA qualified masseuse in massage modalities and an IOC ICECP Diploma in Coaching endorsed by Olympic Solidarity. Augustine has also been the team masseuse for the Arorangi Bears Rugby League Club for 2 seasons and also volunteers her time to help the Cook Islands Surf Lifesaving Council “Nippers” kids programme since December 2016 with the Vice President Rory Anderson.
