Gold Coast Suns are visiting Byron Bay!
Coming up on Friday the 27th of February, AFL Queensland will be hosting the Gold Coast Suns Super Clinic to be held at the Byron Regional Sport and Cultural Complex.
Several Gold Coast SUNS players will be coming down to help out with this fantastic event.
The famous AFL inflatable equipment will be available with AFL staff coordinating drills and games with the kids and GC SUNS Players.
This is a free clinic for all juniors to attend whether you have played the game or not, this is an opportunity to promote the game in the Northern Rivers Region and to have as much fun as possible.
AFL Northern Rivers Juniors President Bob Lodge said this is another step in the right direction in developing the game in the area.
‘’ It’s another opportunity for the juniors to interact with the SUNS players and continue the growth of the game’’
The Northern Rivers ‘Girls Play Too’ campaign will be promoted with an exclusive girl’s session which will be conducted by female AFL staff and GC SUNS players.
