The Mayne Tigers have finished the 2015 season as minor premiers in the seniors and reserves backing up from their first premiership in 32 years in season 2014.
The club is once again very pleased with the result to date but there are no early celebrations taking place at the Mott Street Den with a clear understanding that there is plenty of work still to be done to finish the season.
The Tigers play the rampaging Maroochy Roos this week in a home semi final at Mott Street in what shapes as a cracker game with only a few points separating these teams this year with the Roos taking the points on each occasion they met.
The Tigers will be hoping to see a large parochial home town crowd getting behind them to cheer them to victory. The game kicks off at 2.30pm.
The Mayne Tigers play the Noosa Tigers in the Reserves commencing at 12.15pm.
