Update on WBFC Teamwear
We just wanted to provide further update on the orders for the club.
Firstly with Covid and then the decision that the clubs Miniroos would not play this year I am sure we would agree it has been challenging to make sure we satisfy all players at the club whether they are still playing this season or not.
We can confirm that we have been able to have manufactured all orders that we received up until last Friday evening June 26 for teams in the age groups for 12 and over and these are all presently in transit to us for our overseas supplier. Whilst we were hopeful that these orders would arrive this week it is possible that they may not arrive till next week as international logistics is presently quite challenging as well as allowing for any possible customs delay.
As soon as they arrive to us they will be delivered to you immediately.
We will also have a small number of additional shorts and socks available as spares. For anyone else who may wish to order off field gear we will open up a club web store next week for any players who wish to order. I would suggest at this stage of the season we only accept orders for a nominated period of possibly 1 week so as not to delay too far into the season. Similar we will have a small amount of stock available this year for anyone who may order after this period.
We have broken the orders for this year down into 4 sections.
- Players under 11 and down who ordered and did not pay: these orders can simply be deleted and players / parents can re order next year
- Players under 11 and down who ordered and did pay: we will contact all of these players / parents via email next week with a voucher for the amount that they paid that can be used to re order next year. For anyone who prefers a refund they will be asked to reply to us with their back details
- Players in teams 12 and over who ordered and did not pay: all their gear has been ordered and we will contact them by the end of this week for payment and their gear will be delivered ASAP
- Players in teams of 12 and over who ordered and did pay: their gear has been ordered and will be delivered ASAP.
