UTS NFC Presentation & Awards Night
Another Futsal season comes to a close with the clubs’ Presentation & Awards night. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and everything moved along at a pace thanks to the MC for the evening Tom Oates.
With the team awards presented by the coaching staff, a big THANKS to our two guests to the club who presented the special awards:
Tom Heward Belle – Goalkeeper Central Coast Mariners & Young Socceroo and
Fudge Atshan - Acting Director of Sport & Sports Clubs Manager University of Technology Sydney
A full list of the all the award winners is detailed below.
In the raffle, 1st Prize - #9 Futsalroos playing shirt signed by all the players from the AFC Championship was won by Ron Paton.
In the quiz, it was initially a tie between the team entries from the 13 Girls & 16 Boys, so Pascale La Heiand & Sam Benton were called up onto the stage to answer a tie-breaker question and it was 13 Girls that shared the spoils of the 1st prize ‘goody bag’.
The evening was rounded out with a call up of all the Coaches for a great photo opportunity, smiles all round and a fitting way to end the evening and the 2015-16 season.
