Sucessful outing for the Vikings at WRFL Presentation Night

Division 1 Barry Priest medal awarded to the best and fairest player in the senior competition was received by Deer Park star Kwame McHarg with 24 votes. Altona FC Captain, Jordan Robbins, was in equal second position with Tom Langlands (coach, Spotswood FC) on 19 votes.

For the 5th year in a row, Altona FC Life Member Brett Miller was the recipient of the Division 1 Reserves Best and Fairest. An outstanding achievement and a credit to Brett's committment as a player and leader on the ground.

Highlighting the evening was presentation of the 2016 Rookie of the Year Award to Kelly Pickard. This is a great acknowledgement of Kelly's consistent year in the seniors.

Taking the recipient herself by surprise was the presentation of the Lindsay Patching Memorial Club Official of the Year Award to Naomi Redpath - administration, Altona Junior FC.
