Message from Vice President - Corey Sells
G'day Jags Footballers and Netballers,
Just like Pooley is, I am very honored to be back involved at the executive committee level for 2020. It's exciting to see the strength of the committee structure that has come together this year and I am really looking forward to be a part of how the season and the club progresses.
As well as supporting Wayne and the committee as a whole wherever needed, my focus this year will be on continuing with the grant application processes and facility upgrades of the club. There has been a tremendous amount of work done over the past three seasons with lighting and electrical upgrades and now a full field remediation going on. The next step is buildings which will be exciting to see progress.
The other space that I am committed to seeing undertaken by the Jags family is our community input both inwardly and outwardly. Inwardly, the return of some off-field education of our players and parents is a must through 2020 and we will introduce some programs for everyone to be involved in should they wish.
Outwardly, the community spirit has already begun with our senior cohort raising $1870 for Hummingbird House during the pre-Christmas period and we will be continuing to investigate how we as a club can support various 'not for profit' organisations. This will be achieved not just financially but also through partnering with organisations so individual teams can donate time and effort to make a difference in the community around us.
It is sure to be an exciting year, and I'm glad I will be a part of it all.

Message from Vice President Netball - Michelle Gemmell
Welcome to the 2020 Season!
As the new year begins, we are always feeling fresh and hopeful of a great year. As this is my first year as VP of Netball, I am also very keen to get the season underway.
I am looking forward to welcoming all players from the 2019 season, and I know we will continue to build on our success, with even more members for the 2020 season.
Before that, there are many things our Jags Committee are working on that will ensure that each player, coach, umpire and volunteer has a great experience with our Club.
For our silent heroes (Coaches and Umpires), we are working hard on ensuring your skills and experience with our Club are even more enriched.
I look forward to working hard to ensure the Jindalee Netball Club remains a strong, competitive and fun environment for all.
Lets Go Jindalee!
Message from VP Senior Football & Female Football Coordinator - Dee Bloor
Hello to all our Jag’s members!
I hope you all have had a safe and enormous Christmas and a bigger New Year to come! This coming year I have been appointed to be the Senior and Female Football Coordinator for 2020. I do have HUGE shoes to fill for Mr Darren Dewberry in the ladies space, but I will try and do my best, and for the seniors, I am really looking forward to getting to know them better and working with both male and female groups.
My role also includes; working with everyone who is involved in this area - coaches thru to the watermelon cutters (if you know me, I don’t do oranges). If you don’t know me, please don’t be a stranger, come up and introduce yourself. If our preseason is anything to go by and paving a way for 2020, we had great numbers in the AFL9’s comp, fielding 4 teams (men’s, mixed A, mixed B & youth) and pre-season had a good mix of men and women and youth with some nights up to 40+ at training!!! This year will be an exciting year with a few changes in the coaching structures and striving on getting the best for our players and members on and off the field. My main aim is to have everyone get something out of this season and get Jags bigger and stronger as a whole and have a little bit of fun doing it!
