Training Nights

Training for Season 2020 has commenced.

 

Its exciting to back on our home ground after a year away.

 

Men's Senior coach Jake Brazil decided to give the players time off prior to Christmas, but now 2020 is in full swing the Goannas are straight into 2 nights a week hard graft. 

 

Jake has put together a schedule that will build a foundation of fitness whilst also working on core skills.

 

Brandon Jones has also joined the club as Strength and Conditioning coach. Brandon has worked with the Parramatta Eels and with a number of Giants Academy players so brings a lot of science to the discipline. 

 

The womens squad has a month of training under their belt thanks to some sessions over December and will look to build on their impressive past 2 seasons, training separately on Monday nights focusing on their skills and knowledge of the game, but and sharing the ground with the men on Thursdays.

6.30pm - 8pm

Tuesdays:

Men and Under 19s
(Ladies are more than welcome to join in)

6.30pm - 8pm

Thursdays

Men, Women, Under 19s
