SG Kings Family Fun Day 2014
Each year after Winter season and before school holidays preceeding summer season the club puts on a free family BBQ and holds our AGM at the Montpellier P.S. gym where we train. This year we also held our fist All Star event for the kids. This included lots of fun games and contests like dribbling in a zig-zag and suttle runs, shooting from different distances, knocking down cones and the very popular rubber chicken throwing contest.
Photos are available in the photoboard section of the web site for everyong to share in the fun, next year we hope to get even more kids attending this fun event. Every kid attending recieved a drink bottle courtesy of Barwon Water and along with free sauasges and drinks some kids won awesome prizes for their efforts.
Our thanks to all who helped out on the day and especially a big thank you to Stingrays Senior Big V State Championship player Michael 'Rebs' Rebula who helped out and was a big hit with the kids!
