As per my recent mailing, end of season team photos are being taken next Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd October 2020 at the Club.

As I explained in the mailing, for those players new to the Club ... towards the end of the season each year, we make arrangements for professional photographs to be taken of each team. Individual player photos can also be ordered. Most families choose to order one but there is no obligation to do so. The Club gets no financial benefit from the sessions.

Photography times have been arranged where possible to coincide with each teams scheduled training, although in some cases photos are a little earlier than the teams usual start time. Teams who train on Mondays or Fridays will unfortunately need to attend on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for their photo session - this has been set in liaison with the respective coach.

A reminder that this year payment can only made in cash - the photographer are not taking payment via EFTPOS.

Please complete the order form indicating which package you would like and seal this, together with the cash payment, into an envelope with the player's name on the front. Envelopes should be given to the team coach on arrival to hand to the photography team.

All players should wear full match uniform. No watches are to be worn.

Due to social distancing parents will not be able to go with the team for their photographs - coaches will be present throughout.

Attached below is another copy of the order form, the photo packages and a letter from Chris Reynolds Photography, all of which were included in the recent mailing. I have also attached the photography schedule for the 3 days, which notes each teams session time - teams will need to assemble 10 minutes prior to their photography session - the team coach has been advised about arrangements on the night.
