Fit Football

Having been one of the first clubs in Victoria to run this FFV driven program during our Summer Skills Clinic we are now looking to make it part of our normal season.

What is Fit Football?

Fit Football is a group based fitness session for people who don’t have the time or commitment to play competition football.

Fit Football can be done anywhere, anytime with any number of participants and focuses on providing the fun and health benefits of being involved in sport, you don’t even need football skills!

It is more fun than a workout and, whatever your fitness level, you’ll see improvement in no time. Fit Football really is the best way to ‘Have a Ball Getting Fit’.

How does Fit Football work?

Fit Football will be delivered in short, sharp sessions on Thursday nights during the kids training sessions between 6.00pm to 7.00pm. 

Come down give it a try and Pay as you go!
