The Model Rules have been amended and the approved Rules of the South Geelong Kings Basketball Club Incorporated are attached.

Organisations, including sporting organisations that work with children, are required by the Victoria Government to have in place Child Protection Policies. These policies must cover specific information set out by the Government in Standards.

Since incorporation on 1st March 2010 our club has adopted our own set of by-laws and statement of purpose.
