TSC Basketball Club Privacy Statement

 

As an affiliated club, the Tuggeranong Southern Cross Basketball Club collects, uses, stores and discloses information for the purposes and in accordance with Basketball ACT's Privacy Policy. This includes any information it is required to collect, store and disclose from time to time by other law, for example (but not limited to):

• Copies of volunteer's Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) cards to enable the club to respond to any check on its compliance to the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011

• Training and game attendance registers in compliance with the Public Health (Restricted Activities - Gatherings, Businesses and Undertakings) Emergency Direction 2020 (No 9) issued by the ACT Chief Health Officer on 8 September 2020
