In what shaped up to be a ripper of a weekend, all of our senior teams recorded a win in round 10. The Rising Stars Men's team had a bye.
Kicking off the action, the Second Grade Women's team took on the Cootamundra Blues at Kingston Oval, winning comfortably; 7.6.48 to the Blues' 2.3.15. The Demons kept the Blues scoreless in the first quarter, and ramped up the pressure in the third and fourth to bring home the win. A three-goal performance from Hayley Armstrong and two goals from Julie Stabler sealed the deal.

Across town at Greenway Oval, the Second Grade Men's team triumphed with a 74-point win over the Tuggeranong Hawks: 16.8.104 to 4.6.30. The Demons ran away with the game in the second, with an enormous five-goal effort from Patrick Sharp (for the second week in a row), seeing him named as one of the best on ground. Goals from Kieran Douglas (2) and Jeremey Edwards saw them also named among the game's best performers.

Continuing the winning streak, the First Grade Men stormed home with a whopping 86-point victory over the Hawks at Greenway Oval. After a close first quarter, the Demons ramped up the pressure and eventually took the win: 21.11.137 to 8.3.51. Among the game's best players were Joseph Kerin, who put in a mammoth six-goal effort, and Dean Biermann and Joey Hancock with three goals apiece.

Rounding out a successful weekend, the First Grade Women's team brought home yet another win, taking down the Hawks 3.6.24 to 0.1.1. Keeping Tuggeranong scoreless until the final quarter, the Demons double down in the third and fourth quarters to more than double their score and seal the deal. Two goals from McLaughlin saw her named among the best players.
