NATIONAL SQUADS HIT THE WEIGHT GYM

For many of the younger players being in a weight gym is something very new and so through the first 2 weeks of the program the players are learning to understand the technique for each exercise so as to avoid injuries from incorrect use.  Next the players will start to establish loads for each exercise and in the 3rd week they will commence the program.

The program the players are following was designed by renowned Fiji Strength Coach, Ms Della Shaw and with local strength coaches to assist the players Basketball Palau is looking forward to having a much better base of the fitness in the future.
