Australian Lawrie Cox today began training the swimming officials who will preside over the Micronesian Games.
Cox, a long serving technical official in Australia took the small team of seven through the various rules poolside.
The officials will run the swimming events for the 8th Micronesian Games.
The events, which will run from Monday July 21 to Wednesday July 23 will be held at the newly renovated PNI Swimming Pool.
A total of 59 men and 47 women are expected to compete in swimming during the Games.
Pohnpei will have 12 female and 12 male representatives at the Games.
