NORTHS BASKETBALL IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE AN APPROVED PROVIDER OF THE $100 ACTIVE KIDS REBATE INITIATIVE.
WHAT IS THE ACTIVE KIDS REBATE INITIATIVE?
The NSW Government will provide a $100 voucher to parents/guardians of school enrolled children. The $100 voucher can be used for registration, participation and membership costs for sport, fitness and active recreation activities.
From 1 July 2019, parents, guardians and carers can apply for the second $100 Active Kids voucher. Voucher 1 is valid January to December and Voucher 2 is valid July to December.
HOW DO YOU DOWNLOAD A VOUCHER?
Each year parents/guardians/carers with legal responsibility of an eligible child resident in NSW will be able to download a voucher from an online platform. The platform will be run by Service NSW and can be accessed through https://sport.nsw.gov.au/sectordevelopment/activekids
WHAT CAN I USE MY VOUCHER FOR?
The voucher can be used for registration (redeemed online via SportsTG) or fees for structured activities at Norths of no less than eight weeks’ duration that provide a moderate to vigorous level of physical activity, for example:

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES FROM THE OFFICE OF SPORTS & SERVICES NSW:

Vouchers cannot be split between multiple clubs or registrations

The voucher can only be used in one transaction. If paying an account less than $100 you are unable to claim the full $100.

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Vouchers CANNOT be combined to pay for a single activity in the same term that costs more than $100.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER AT NORTHS?

Registrations – Use SportsTG and enter voucher number when renewing registration
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 1 (ONE) VOUCHER PER EVENT CAN BE USED - VOUCHERS CANNOT BE COMBINED

Domestic Game Fees – Team manager submits all vouchers for the team. Instructions will be in Game Fees email - THIS CAN ONLY BE REDEEMED IF YOUR TEAM IS DIRECTLY REGISTERED WITH NSBA (NO CLUB OR SCHOOL TEAMS)
- Vouchers CANNOT be redeemed for competitions or events that have concluded or past payment date for the event
