COMPETITION starts this week for all age groups. There are no changes to teams from last week.Our Grand Final Day has been set for Saturday 1.11.14 - PLEASE MARK THIS IN YOUR DIARY - this day goes from noon on Saturday through to the evening with every team playing.** NB - If your son/daughter play in Townsville please ask your TSV Club coach to ask for a morning game so you can get back in time for our afternoon so you don't let you team down. This may be the first week of prelim finals for TSV competition. So please make sure arrangements are made.FLOATING PLAYERS - Memo to Club Coaches. All teams are just about full now, please be aware that floating players should only be utilized if you only have 6 players or less in your regular team. This is to make sure that all children get a good amount of playing time. ALSO - parents and coaches - players who are asked to float to a team in a higher grade - once you float for one team in a higher grade you are unable to float to another team on another night. If this is done - the second team you float team will be forfeited their points.Players will qualify to play Grand Final Day if they have played 70% of competition games unless you have a severe injury or sickness. Should injury or sickness occur for an extended time please email Sandra Wight to confirm eligibility.
Remember parents we need your assistance during our fixtures. Please watch the weekly draw to see if you are rostered on to score (which includes taking the team uniforms home that week to wash) and/or canteen duty.
