NOTICE: Referees wanted for upcoming Geelong Girls' Gala (Feb 18)
REFEREES from the local region are being sought for the upcoming Geelong Girls' Gala event, to be held at the Lara Recreation Reserve complex on Saturday 18th of February.
Organised by the Women's Participation Taskforce at the Geelong Region Football Committee (GRFC), the innovative new event will feature a 7-a-side half pitch format that will include Girls’ Under 12s, Under 15s and Open Women’s age categories.
The focus of the event is to aid existing GRFC clubs with the recruitment of new female players, either at Junior or Senior level.
Any referees interested in officiating at the event are urged to come forward and provide the following information to Greta Wyeth from the Taskforce ASAP via email at geelonggirlsgala@gmail.com.

If you are not an accredited referee you may still submit an expression of interest.
Payment will be $25 per game. The number of games will be determined once team registrations have been finalised.
