Senior Summer Competition fixture now available online
The fixture for both Monday and Thursday KHBA Senior Summer Rosters is now available online. Click here to access it. We are still accepting entries for Thursday night so the Thursday fixture might change for future weeks.
Monday nights is full! If any teams wanted to switch to Thursday night to avoid playing later games we would be pleased to hear from you. At the moment there are two 9:20pm games per round.
There are a couple of organisational changes this year. After many years of service Barb is no longer able to do door duty. KSC staff have kindly offered to collect scoresheet fees for us so before your game you will need to go to the front desk to pay.
Given that they are doing this for us in between their other duties we need to make the process as painless as possible for them. The process is:
- Each team goes to the front desk to pay before you go down to your game. You will need to pay your scoresheet fee ($60) in a single transaction so if you normally pay individually you will need to meet and go to pay together.
- Each team will be given a receipt which they take down to their game.
- When the referees have sighted both receipts they will start the game.
- The game clock will start at the advertised time, with the normal penalties for a team that is late in starting, including if you don’t have your receipt yet.
You will probably also be aware that Mark Chivers (our General Manager) has moved on to a new position as CEO of Glenorchy Football Club. The generalmanager@khba.com.au email account is still being monitored but his phone is not. All non-urgent contact should go to the email account. Any urgent contact should be messaged to me on (0419 927 551).
This is probably also a good time to remind you of a couple of important playing conditions:
Fill in players: should only be used when a team is in danger of forfeiting otherwise, and should not be from a higher grade.
Tech Fouls: any player who accumulates 4 teach fouls in a season is an automatic suspension for the remainder of the season.
