AGM and By Law Changes
Strathalbyn & District Basketball Association AGM - Monday July 20th 7:30pm ( Following Storm information night) Where - Strathalbyn Football Club As always we welcome the attendance and would welcome people willing to join committee and contribute to our community basketball association. Also on the night we will present a document with the proposed changes in our Association By Laws. Many of the new By Laws are to move more in line with the set up of our Junior competitions and the changes in government regulations with WorkingWith Children. It was felt a complete overhaul was necessary instead of addressing one law at a time which would take many months. Please see attached a copy of the changes from the original law to the proposed change and the complete draft of the new By Laws.A copy of the ordiginal document can be seen on the Strathalbyn basketball web page. There will be a vote to pass these changes at this AGM on July 20. S&DBA Committee
