"Over the weekend (18th and 19th of November) the Under 18 Div 3 boys travelled to Barossa to compete in their junior tournament playing in the division 2 competition.

After a rocky start with a 1 point win over LABA we pushed through to defeat Woodville. Finishing on 2/2 games for Saturday.

On Sunday the boys worked hard to win their 3rd game which secured them a grand final position regardless of the result of their last game. The forth game arrived and the boys pushed hard to finish on 4/4 and go into their grand final on a win.

The boys had a struggle with recovery on the Sunday with only a 1 game break in between their games including a 1 game break before their grand final but they pushed hard and played as a team to bring it home and be the grand final winners of the Barossa Junior Tournament U18 boys Division 2.

It was overall a fantastic weekend and was great to see the boys push hard, improve and come together as a team to bring home the grand final."

Thank you to Coach Courtney Johnston for the information, much appreciated.
