The Under 14 Div 4 boys got "out of the blocks" quickly in their Grand Final, with immense pressure on the ball, and a confident 12-0 start in first quarter. They continued their great ball pressure in 2nd and enjoyed a lead going in at half time 23-8.

Forestville started to put more pressure on the boys in the 3rd quarter, but to their credit the Rocket boys finished off well to have a comfortable 34-12 lead with a quarter to go. With such a great lead the Rocket boys really enjoyed the last ten minutes running out to a comfortable 45-23 win.

Todays win showed why they were able to have an undefeated season, and their best all round team performance of the year with everyone putting in 110%. All the boys have been a great pleasure to coach and willing to learn.

The boy learnt a lot from playing in the very tough Nunawading tournament and the experience certainly helped them improve as a team and individually. You all deserve a pat on the back for your hard work and commitment to the team and each other.

Good luck to you all next season and beyond. A very big thank you to Peter throughout the season, and the very supportive parents. Go Rockets!!!!!

Thank you to Ryan for the report, it is appreciated.
