Dana Wortley MP (Torrens) and Mark Basham (Port Adelaide Enfield Councillor) at Hillcrest Stadium

A successful North Adelaide Basketball Club Family Extravaganza Day was held on the afternoon of Saturday the 20th of February at Hillcrest. There were a number of events held, including the introduction of the Men’s and Women’s Premier League teams, to the crowd and a half-court shot competition. This was followed by some impromptu games with teams made up of the Premier League players and Club juniors, who enjoyed the opportunity to display their basketball skills. The final event was a tasty barbeque, enjoyed by all, with the evening finishing about 6:00pm.

A big thank you to our sponsors and all the volunteers who made the day possible.

There were also a couple of local VIP’s present in Labor MP for Torrens, Dana Wortley, and Port Adelaide Enfield Councillor Mark Basham. We thank them for their time and support.

Premier League games start Friday the 11th of March, make sure you get to Hillcrest to support our teams in their endeavours for 2016.
