THANK YOU TO SALT
Thank you to Warrandyte Community Bank Branch - Bendigo Bank, WBA ran a Coaches clinic on Positive Coaching facilitated by SALT to improve and understand the modern coaching style:
- build a growth mindset with our players
- teach respect and resilience
- improve our communication with players and build better relationships with them
