VENOM JUNIORS RECONGIZED FOR GIRLS GOT GAME PROGRAM
Warrandyte Basketball wish to acknowledge three Venom junior players who have been acknowledged by the Melbourne United VJBL's "Girls Got Game" initiative during the 2014/15 season.
ABBEY SIMON (Under 16.3 girls), MADDISON BOWRING (Under 16.2 Girls) and HANNAH RONAN-BLACK (Under 14.1 Girls) have all received nominations for a weekly award, with Abbey winning the Week 5 award.
The girls are all eligible to attend the end of season Women in Basketball Awards dinner and all are still in the draw to be named the overall winner.
