Rodman Teltull was awarded a 2 year scholarship from Oceania Australia Foundation through the collaboration of Palau National Olympic Committee and Oceania National Olympic Committee to attend two years in Lincoln College in Illinois. The Oceania Australia Foundation is a partner of Oceania Olympic Committee (ONOC) with a view to achieving the following:
Rodman Teltull will be able to continue his athletics training while attending college and will return home when he graduate. He is currently the fastest man in Palau and Micronesia and also the first Micronesian to ever qualify for the 100m 1st round in the Olympics with the time of 10.53 Seconds.
Teltull is an employee of Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Industries and Commerce (MPIIC) at the Division of Aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF). As his been accepted to attend college, MPIIC with the Office of the President has made a commitment to support him on educational leave and to reserve his place at the Division of ARFF after college.
