NEWS: Vale Tam McCulloch (29/1/58-30/9/16)

WITH great sadness, we wish to inform the Geelong football community that long time coach and legendary local football identity Tam McCulloch passed away on the 30th of September after suffering a fatal heart attack.

The loveable Scot will be sorely missed and on behalf of the entire Geelong football community, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to everyone who knew Tam and especially to his wife Pauline and to the rest of his family.

The funeral for the devoted husband, father, stepdad, father in law and all round local football legend will be held this coming Friday October 14 at the Kardinia Christian Church on Anakie Road in Bell Post Hill starting at 1.30pm.

A celebration of Tam’s life will be held at the Irish Murphys pub on Aberdeen Street in Newtown immediately afterwards.

At the request of Tam’s family, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Red Cross organisation. Envelopes will be available at the door.

R.I.P. Tam!
