Jyrah Miller pleaded guilty to the following reports lodged by the Field Umpire - spitting at the Umpire - Intentionally making contact by Striking the Umpire - being in the Umpires changeroom and again threatening the Umpire and interferring with his posessions.
Due to his record for the 2011 season - 3 times being issued a yellow card warning from the umpire - being reported for 4 offences - the tribunal suspended him until round 1 in the 2022 season.
Due to his age (14 years) the Tribunal decided that 5 years of the 10 would be suspended - he can play from round 1 in the 2017 season - if he is found Guilty of ANY offence by the Tribunal in the 5 year period until the end of the 2021 season - he MUST then serve the remainder of the 5 year term - plus any penalty given for the offence by the tribunal.
