Information for members

The Management Committee of the Kalamunda and Districts Basketball Association (KDBA) has commenced a project designed to establish a clear vision and direction for the future improvement, development and growth of the association’s activities.

An important element of the project is to find out from our members the main things, and the important issues, that they would like us to consider.

In the coming days we will be asking members to respond to a short survey that will be available online and as a paper-based copy that will be available at the Ray Owen Sports Centre.

We ask that all members provide honest feedback and advice on the big picture issues and what they believe the association needs to focus on. To ensure confidentiality and impartiality the project is being carried out by an external consultant and all the survey responses will be returned directly to them.

If members want to provide additional comment, there will also be opportunities to speak directly with the consultant and/or to participate in some group consultation sessions.

The survey and consultation period will be open for four weeks to ensure that any member that wants to comment will have the time to respond.

This is your opportunity to have genuine input into the future direction of KDBA and we encourage all members of the association including clubs, teams, officials, senior players, parents of juniors, life and other members to participate in the project. This information will be used to guide the association into the next 5 years and beyond.
