SCBA ACADEMY
This year, the SCBA Academy will be an intensive eight-week program starting from June 12 to get you prepared for the upcoming BQJBC season.
The program, with Noosa and Maroochydore locations, will include two on-court sessions per week as well as one strength and conditioning session with Core Strength Fitness per week.
SC Phoenix QBL men's coach and SCBA Coaching Director Brayden Heslehurst will be running the Academy along with other qualified coaches and QBL players, who have played at the top level.
The aim of the SCBA Academy is to help you develop your skills in order to perform at the highest level on the court next season.
DATES
Start: June 12
School Holiday Break: June 26 – July 6
Last six week block: July 10 – August 17
Run by SC Phoenix Men’s QBL coach & SCBA Coaching Director Brayden Heslehurst
Two locations – Noosa and Maroochydore
Noosa:
· Monday and Thursday on court @ Noosa Leisure Centre
· Tuesday with Core Strength Fitness
Maroochydore:
· Wednesday with Core Strength Fitness
· Tuesday and Friday on court @ Matthew Flinders Anglican College
All sessions 6-7.30am
Cost: $650 (includes SCBA Academy reversible training singlet)
